Language Requirements: all non-english films must be provided with English subtitles.

Production period: only films completed within the last three years will be accepted.

Submission format: The submitted video should be in digital file format (such as MP4, MOV) submission.

Deadline: the deadline for submission is May 31 of each year.

Submission: all entries must be submitted through an online platform designated by the festival.

3.Participants' responsibilities:

Copyright Notice: the entrants shall guarantee the copyright integrity of their works and agree to the use of film clips in the promotion and presentation of the festival.

Entry fee: submissions are free of charge.
